Our Ingredients

We are pleased (and proud) to declare the source of every ingredient we use. To massacre a metaphor, our ingredients are our bread and butter. Our herb oatmeal biscuit range are not organic, however we use organic wholewheat flour and oatmeal from Pimhill Organic Farm simply because it is the best we can find, we could cut corners and use cheap flour, our ingredient label would state the same but the product would be grossly inferior. When we first started we bought sea salt from the local Cash & Carry, we then thought "we have the best crystal sea salt just 50 miles away in Anglesey, we should be using their's". A small thing, but it's local, it's the best, so why compromise?

So, here is a list of our ingredients and suppliers. Without them, our biscuits would merely be good; with them, we believe they are uncompromisingly the best.
