Shropshire Fine Herbs have gained expertise in developing ranges of biscuits for prestigious retailers. We can plan the critical path from client brief, sourcing specific ingredients and producing staged staged samples until the product is finally 'signed off'. We can also advise on packaging, trading standard regulations and pricing to meet the agreed launch date. The Bakery at Shropshire Fine Herbs gained its Organic Certification in June 2009 and is now authorised to manufacture Organic Biscuit products. (Organic Farmers & Growers UK2 - Certificate No UKPO477) The SALSA Standard was written by experienced food safety experts to reflect both the legal requirements of producers and the enhanced expectations of 'best practice' of professional food buyers. Approval certification is only granted to Suppliers who are able to demonstrate to a SALSA auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA Standard.
